This free, drop-in support group is for pregnant and postpartum women.
Do you feel stressed? Down or Sad? Worried or anxious? Women go through big changes during pregnancy and postpartum. Sometimes those changes lead to feelings of sadness, agitation, worry, relationship problems, guilt, shame and not feeling like yourself.
STRUGGLING MOMS NEED A SAFE PLACE TO TALK.
The group focuses on support, learning skills for coping, managing the stress related to the transition to motherhood. Having social support from a group of other mothers have been shown to help in the recovery of pregnancy and postpartum mood changes. Many of the mothers who come to this group feel relief to just be able to say how they feel, while in a safe and non-judgmental environment. It is so important to know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! You can also bring your baby to the group.

Este Grupo es Gratuito y abierto para madres nuevas o embarazadas.
Usted se siente estresada? Trise? Preocupada o ansiosa? Lasmujeres pasan por cambios muy grandes durante el embarazo y parto y estos cambios pueden resultar en tristesa, depression, ansiedad, problemas entre pareja, sentimientos de culpabilidad y pena y en algunos casos no sentirse agusto consigo misma.
Las mamas necesitan un lugar seguro donde desahogarse libremente.
El grupo ofrece discusiones sobre el estres, depresion, ansiedad, y dificultadad para adaptarse. Podran aprender habilidades de afrontamiento y technicas de relajacion y comunicacion. Encontraran apoyo para madres con la recuperacion del embarazo y el parto. El grupo ofrece ayuda para que usted se sienta mejor y sea la mama que usted desea ser. NO ESTAS SOLA! Y puedes traer a tu bebe al grupo.
